Rainfall
The average rainfall for the area is approximately 550 mm per annum. Excellent rainfall has been recorded over
the last 4 years which has been welcome as it assists in veld recovery and ensures that the water-table remains
high as boreholes provide the water for consumption. Groundwater levels are fortunately very good with groundwater
springs running during the rainy season and filling the dams.
